It all began as a dream.

We always dreamed of having our own restaurant.  That dream came true some years ago when we established a well known sandwich shop in Asheville, NC that we sold last year after premiering on Travel Channel's Food Paradise episode "Most Valuable Plates".  We couldn't help but to get back into the restaurant business and found this quaint Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in lovely Maggie Valley, NC.  

Business travels to Italy on dozens of occasions has enabled us to understand and appreciate the Italian culture.  Many of our recipes are those gained through the years of knowing and socializing with our full blooded Italian friends.  We offer true and authentic Italian food using only the best and highest quality ingredients
